Sunday thru Thursday - 7:00AM - 330PM. This is a full time, temp to hire Warehouse Coach opportunity. If you are looking for an entry level Warehouse Coach position, this is a great opportunity to join our team in Arlington, Texas

Requirements:

- Ability to lift a maximum of 50lbs

- Must be self-disciplined and have the ability to work independently without constant oversight
- Ability to work across multiple department
- Must be able to do overtime on weekly and daily basis
- Be able to pass background check
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
This is a cross-functional role; tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain positive relationship with RTR leadership
- Provide tours for potential candidates
- Conduct weekly orientation to new hires
- Mobile and physically active for entirety of the shift.
- Issue disciplinary actions when needed
- Provide positive motivation to associates
- Accountable for personal time and attendance
- Communicate and cooperate with team members and leadership
- Take on additional duties as assigned by leadership
- Responsible for maintaining safety guidelines, cleanliness, and security standards
