About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing emails, correspondence, and internal communications in a timely and professional manner. You will provide support to clients and internal teams, maintain organized filing systems, update data within internal databases, prepare documents using Microsoft Office, and support office upkeep. You will also assist with inventory management, equipment maintenance, and departmental projects, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Pay Rate:$18.50/hr

Available Shift Times

  • 6 AM - 3 PM, Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage emails, correspondence, and internal communication
  • Provide client and internal support via phone and email
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
  • Record, update, and manage data in internal databases
  • Prepare reports, paperwork, and office documentation using Microsoft Office
  • Oversee inventory for e-commerce and printing materials
  • Assist with receiving, organizing, and moving materials and supplies
  • Monitor and coordinate maintenance of office equipment
  • Support departmental projects and administrative errands
  • Perform general clerical duties such as copying, scanning, and filing

Key Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Prior administrative experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliability, proactivity, and a team-oriented attitude
  • Physical ability to lift up to 65 lbs and move materials as needed
