Key Responsibilities
Accurately select and pick products based on customer orders
Verify items for correct quantity and quality prior to shipment
Safely operate warehouse equipment including stock picker, forklift, pallet jacks, and order pickers
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Key Requirements
Certified in Stock Picker and Forklift (required)
Previous experience as an Order Selector in a warehouse environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
Good communication skills
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
