Integrity’s Next Step U program, offering free online skills training for our associates and staff, has expanded! Through our partnership with Penn Foster, we provide access to online skills training for all associates and staff at no cost. Our goal? To help our team members build skills in high-demand fields, increase their earning potential, and expand their opportunities for career advancement. Courses are on-demand, flexible and self-paced, enabling them to build their knowledge at home or on-the-go.

Our pilot program launched in November of 2019, and the program continues to build on its success, expanding nationwide across all our locations, with additional course offerings to ensure we continue to provide our associates and staff with opportunities to learn, exceed and succeed.

With this expansion, Next Step U now offers a total of 12 programs: eight short programs of less than 100 hours and four extended programs that take 100+ hours to complete, providing even more opportunity for our associates to expand their skillsets! Our three newest programs are: “Contact Tracer,” “Career Readiness Bootcamp” (available in Spanish and English), and “Small Business Management Career Diploma.”
