Stocking Associate – Breakthru Beverage (Servicing Total Wine – Claymont, DE)

Claymont, DE
Attire: Black polo, khaki pants and sneakers/workboots.
Schedule:
Monday–Saturday, must be flexible to work either shift as needed:
- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (with 30-minute lunch)
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (with 30-minute lunch)
Pay Rate: Starting at $17/hour

Position Summary
As a Stocking Associate supporting Breakthru Beverage at Total Wine , you’ll play a key role in representing some of the most recognizable wine and spirits brands in the industry. From building displays and stocking shelves to rotating inventory and managing point-of-sale materials, you’ll help ensure the store is always ready for customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Stock and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and optimal presentation
- Build product displays and manage signage and promotional materials
- Maintain store standards and ensure shelves are clean and organized
- Provide excellent service while representing the Breakthru Beverage and Total Wine brands
- Communicate feedback or issues to sales or store leadership
- Learn about our product portfolio (beer, wine, and spirits) to support brand placement
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required
- Comfortable lifting and carrying 45–50 lbs. regularly
- Flexible availability, including occasional weekend shifts
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic
