Position Overview
BPG Real Estate Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist / HR Business Partner to join its growing organization in Wilmington, Delaware. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with strong long-term potential for the right candidate.
BPG Real Estate Services supports a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate, property management, development, and hospitality operations. The company employs approximately 550 employees and is supported by a small, collaborative HR team. This role will provide critical support across recruiting, employee relations, HR administration, and general HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruiting and talent acquisition activities for assigned positions
- Write and post job advertisements
- Develop creative recruiting and sourcing strategies
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Support hiring managers throughout the recruiting process
- Provide employee relations support as needed
- Assist with HR administration and generalist responsibilities
- Support HR projects and initiatives across the organization
- Help ensure a positive employee experience across the company
- Partner with leadership and managers to support workforce needs
- Prior experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist, HR business partner, or recruiting-focused role
- Strong recruiting and sourcing experience
- Ability to support hiring managers and manage multiple open positions
- Solid understanding of general HR practices and employee relations
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a small HR team
- Professional, dependable, and able to handle confidential information appropriately
- Experience supporting a multi-location or diverse employee population is a plus

The position is located in the city of Wilmington, Delaware. Public parking garages are available in the area. The company offers a discount at one nearby garage; however, candidates should anticipate parking costs of approximately $25 to $30 per week.
